You become the brand – Bukhobuhle Architects founder, Blessing Mbuli on lessons learned in business

In commemoration of three years in business, Blessing Mbuli shares the lessons he has learned, as he continues to grow and make waves within the local architectural industry. As a qualified Architectural Technologist, juggling business and a nine to five so effortlessly, he has proven that with dedication and hard work, one can turn any dream into a reality.
He shares the following:
Running a business requires a lot of discipline
Without discipline, greatness cannot be achieved. In a space where no one is around to push you and monitor your growth, the responsibility to push yourself lies solely on you. It is one thing to make promises to clients, but what matters is delivering on all your promises, on time.
It teaches you how to manage your finances
When you get into business with the mindset to build an empire and generate wealth, you do not spend recklessly; instead, you constantly look for ways to further improve and grow your business, thus using every cent you make wisely.
You become the brand
For anyone to believe in your brand, you, as the owner, must first believe in it. This makes it easier for you to sell your products and services, and to convince clients that you are offering just what they need.
Starting, and running a business requires a lot of sacrifices
To produce the best results in business, you will need to set aside the right amount of time it takes to produce excellence. Whether you sacrifice a portion of your social time, or you leave your nine to five, something’s got to give. This requires a lot of passion, as you will need to understand that you will have a positive return on the time and resources you invest in your business.
As the company thrives towards the five years milestone, the sky is the limit as it continues to grow!
